Recommended citation at this webpage is the following (though this webpage is NOT the CD-ROM, and is potentially updated, with a current posting date of September 2008. Originally, the article appeared on a CD-ROM having the title and editors mentioned in this Xerces-recommended citation, which is on the website posting):

Shepherd, M. D. 2005. Species Profile: Perdita wyomingensis sculleni. In Shepherd, M. D., D. M. Vaughan, and S. H. Black (Eds). Red List of Pollinator Insects of North America. CD-ROM Version 1 (May 2005). Portland, OR: The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation.

Only the editors' names are being included in this Biblio record, not the overall title of the CD-ROM. Access date is especially important to use at this Xerces website as no one there currently (8/2015) redates after updates. Major revisions, however, result in a different document being posted.
