This hibernaculum survey data form and accompanying diagram result from a survey conducted 19 February 2015 at Kid's Cave in Bingham County, Idaho. Included in the pages are observer names, location information, temperature and humidity measures, tallies of bats observed, and a diagram of the cave. Townsend's big-eared bats (1,932) and western small-footed bats (25) were observed within the cave. None displayed signs (visible fungus) of white-nose syndrome, and no dead bats were observed. Eight Towsend's big-eared bats and seven western small-footed bats were swabbed for white-nose syndrome testing.
