2017 Range Improvements Maintenance and Developments CE Botany Surveys and Assessments

Abstract:

These are the results of botany surveys for Threatened, Endangered, and Sensitive (TES) plants for the Payette National Forest 2017 Range Improvements Maintenance and Developments CE project. Assessments are included for each site. A complete list of observed species is included. Pre-field evaluations consisted of referencing the TES occurrence database for reported populations of TES plants and historical surveys near project areas. All survey routes and TES populations observed are recorded on the Payette NF Botany Survey and TES Population Hard Copy Database located in the Payette National Forest Supervisor’s Office. Idaho Fish and Game Rare Plant Reports were written and sent in to Idaho Fish and Game for every TES plant population observed. A total of 5 reports were sent in for Allium tolmiei var. persimile populations.
