What is the regulations on aerial hunting of coyotes in idaho? From either a powered parachute or other personal aircraft.

The US Airborne Hunting Act, 16 USC 742j-1 regulates airborne hunting. The Act allows for certain airborne hunting to be permitted. In Idaho, the Idaho Dep't of Agriculture administers and permits aerial control of coyotes and other listed predatory wildlife.
