Washington Fly fishermen, standing in the middle of CDA river. How does one float by without knocking them out ? They are rude!

I'm not sure the state of residency has much to do with being rude. I've seen plenty of Idaho anglers show less than steller angler ethics.
The bottom line is, we all need to show respect and courtesy to fellow sportsmen and women when we hunt and fish. I want to make my fishing experiences positive and want others to feel the same way when they are done for the day. Be an example rather than part of the problem.
