If I and my buddy are fishing for Steelhead or Salmon, both of us with the appropriate license and permit, and say I hook a Steelhead or Salmon and I give my pole to my buddy to fight the fish and reel it in (because he's never caught one before), who records the harvested fish, the person who hooked the fish or the person who lands the fish?
