When i pay my 6.00 dollar admission for the super hunt. Is every 4 dollar admission after that refundable. Kind of like when you put in for a moose tag and don't draw

No. The $6.00 and $4.00 that you pay to enter the superhunt drawings are application fees and application fees are not refundable. The application fee for the moose controlled hunt is not refunded, either.
