If a person is a non-resident, but owns a minimum of 160 acres in Idaho, does that person qualify for a resident game tag?

This is how the law reads in Oregon, and I wondered if it was the same in Idaho. If the acreage requirement is more or less, I would like to know that also. Thanks---
Answer:
No, owning real property or paying property taxes within the state of Idaho is not a qualification for residency. No one can claim Idaho resident privileges while claiming resident privileges in another state.
