Do I need to buy a fishing license so my 7 yr old can fish?

If the 7 year old is not an Idaho resident, they must fish with someone who has an Idaho fishing license. If the child wants to keep their fish, it becomes part of the license holder's catch.   Idaho resident children can fish even if they are with someone who doesn't have a license.  They can keep their own limit of fish.
