up to date changes

The only change in our fishing rules that is not listed in the 2013 - 2015 Fishing Rule booklet has to do with a reduction in the bag limit for steelhead on the Clearwater River.  That change is posted on our website (fishandgame.Idaho.gov) in the Fish section and will expire in May.   If we make any emergency changes to the rules, they will be noted on the front of our webpage and listed under the Fish tab.   F08
