PowerBelt bullets are legal in muzzleloader-only hunts so long as the bullet is not jacketed, does not have a polymer tip and it's diameter is within .010 inch of the bore diameter. The rules governing projectiles for muzzleloader-only hunts read: "Loaded with a patched round ball or conical, non-jacketed projectile comprised wholly of lead or lead alloy; Loaded with a projectile that is within .010 inch of the bore diameter.
