In your press release about the fee increase proposal, it specifically states that if you buy a annual license each year you wouldn't pay the increase. However, what if you buy the three year license? Would you then have to pay an increase when you renew?

The three-year license would count as maintaining your license for three years. It is proposed to be a "lock-in" license.
