I'm an Idaho resident, and I drew a muzzleloader tag for 2013. I did not get drawn for elk. Can I still put in for elk in the 2nd chance drawing? Also, if there are any moose tags leftover, can I apply for one of them? Thank you.

You can apply for a hunt during the second chance application period--August 5-15. We didn't have any leftover moose hunts in 2013.
