Yes. Racoons are now classified in Idaho as a predatory species and can be hunted year round with the proper license. They can also be pursued with hounds year-round. The only species that can be pursued in Idaho with hounds are black bear, mountain lion, bobcat, red fox, and predatory and unprotected species.
