Do you have to have a WMA permit to hunt waterfowl or is that just for pheasant?

I have read in the regulations and tried to find more information on it but I may be looking in the wrong spot. All that I could find in the regs was that to hunt pheasant on WMA land you needed your WMA Upland Game Permit. I saw nothing for an upland game waterfowl permit. I just don't want to hunt there without it and get in trouble if I am supposed to have it.
Answer:
You only need the WMA pheasant to hunt pheasants.  Permits for waterfowl hunting statewide are a migratory bird validation and the federal duck stamp.
