Date Notes:
On 2/22/2021 we saw a neighbor's truck and trailer parked on the side of the highway. Samuel Ortega and Annette Duran pulled up behind them to see if they were experiencing engine problems with their truck. When we spoke to them they said they had found a deer that had been hit and had pulled it to the roadside. It was already dead when we arrived. The neighbors put the dead mule deer buck in their trailer and dropped it off in our driveway.
