Bird carcass found just off uphill traffic lane of S 5th West St., near intersection with Caribou St., in Mountain Home city this date. As I got off my bicycle to photograph it, a house cat ran across S 5th West St. with a junco clutched in its mouth. There is a platform bird feeder about 30 feet away from the spot where I found the carcass.
