Species Account:
Are are two pregnant Whitetail Does which have evidently been dumped at the bottom of our road (Granny Spring Lane) sometime late this afternoon. There are no skid or tire marks on the road and no blood. No sign they were dragged off the road. The deer are located by the south east side of the bridge crossing the Potlatch River at the bottom of Southwick Road (the Cameron Grade). We did not move the deer so do not know if this is a poaching incident or roadkill that were moved to this location. If you need to contact me, my name is Scott McCutcheon and I can be reached at 208-289-3313.
