Species Account:
Animal appeared to have been struck by vehicle the morning of November 11 or night of November 10. I located the animal (mule deer male fawn) on November 11 at 15:00 and salvaged the still usable meat (the rear of the carcass had been torn open and was being scavenged by Corvids and Raptors) before I collected lymph nodes and took the carcass away from the road.
