We drove by it first. Then called a friend to ask how to go about taking home a road kill deer. We pulled back up to it at the same time as a PF officer, and animal safety. My husband inquired as to whether or not it was possible to keep, and the officer told us we just needed to fill out this report. Then they helped us load the deer into our van.
