I was dropping my son off early to school (6:50 am) and came back the same way From Dayton to Weston, I noticed a deer in the middle of the road that had not been there when I passed in the other direction five minutes previously. I was worried it would cause a wreck, so I turned around and pulled it to the side of the road. It was a large two point buck. After talking with our local DNR rep I Loaded the animal into my trailer and will deliver it to the landfill.
