The animal was a white tail deer. I would say about a year to year and a half old. My brother in law was driving down from his house in Osburn Idaho. Terror Gulch road and saw the small buck laying on the side of the road. It was still alive. he call Shoshone county sheriff's office and reported that the deer was still alive. He then called me and i went up there. The sheriff showed up and the animal could not get up. It was injured and the Sheriff had to put the deer down. I told him i would take the deer for the meat.
