Species Account:
Driving to West Yellowstone, and saw a bull moose on the side of the road that had been hit and was dead. It was by mile marker 367. Someone had already harvested the antlers and front legs. I harvested the hind quarters. I would say he was about 2 years old, and looked healthy. I have pictures, but the site won't upload them. The pictures show the moose as they way I found him, before I took the hind quarters.
