A small button buck was hit on 10/08 on W. Bronx road. The deer laid in a ditch for a day still alive even though I called the Bonner county sheriffs to come take care of it, which they never did. It had a broken back and I was given permission to put the deer down by the local fish and game officer. I did so on 10/09 and was able to salvage most of the meat.
