Note: 14:26 PEFA spotted briefly over east side of rocks ~16:14 Heard wailing, PEFA flew across cliff face, apparently landed on the face of proximal-most rock tower, on southeast facing aspect, out of sight. ~16:20 Saw again, circled above cliffs briefly ~17:08 Wailing, PEFA appears with other raptor, appears to be fledgling PEFA, has brown upperside and slightly rounded wings relative to normal PEFA. Briefly fights mid air, both fly off. ~17:12- PEFA flies into big hole on side of cliff, east of old eyrie on southernmost tower. Flies out and dissappears behind mountain after ~1 minute. General location of possible eyrie (hole in cliff) in supplemental data. Potential fledgling was seen right by this hole.
