Individual(s) Observed (seen)
Probably not a grizzly, but...... The bear was crossing the road in front of my vehicle just after it had been in the nearby creek. It was partially wet, so it's coat was partly slicked down and darkened by water. My strongest impressions and views were its round ears, non-sloping, dished facial profile, long, lanky legs (maybe due to the hair on its underside being slicked against its body, making legs look longer?), and general lanky appearance. I don't think it was a full-grown bear because of its small/medium size and thinner build. It was caramel colored, but the color wasn't uniform because it was partly wet. Unfortunately I did not get out and check its tracks!
