Species Account:
My mule deer buck in unit 43 had some disease I would like an opinion on. It seemed to be isolated to about a square foot on the inside of his thigh. It was subcutaneous but not into the muscle. Could you please identify the disease or parasite? I assume the meat is safe to eat because this came off with his skin.
