The next permit renewal for the city of Richfield to remove material from the stockpile at this population is due in 2028; at a minimum these subpopulations should be surveyed again then.
Management needs for this population:
BLM needs to monitor compliance with the Free Use Permit stipulations in place to protect these subpopulations.
