This White Cow Elk has been spotted yesterday on a property on Coeur de' Alene Lake south. Just wasn't sure if our friends have notified Fish and Game or if they even know about this White Cow Elk. Either way I would like to share the picture they sent us. Please let us know if this is something we can assist fish and game locate and collar.
