Note: 13:07 - 2 adult PEFA wailing, flying around lifts, land on east end, split up, one lands out of sight on west- facing aspect. 13:20 - PEFA (female?) flew across cliff face, landed on tree on west side briefly, then flew back and landed on east end of cliff. Sat for ~10 min, flew back to west end of cliff. 13:48 - PEFA flies across cliffs, lands on lower middle part of cliff. PEFA has bright white neck, very blueish black, and appears unbanded (on right leg anyway) area around legs is slightly more rufous than average. 14:20 - PEFA flew low over south butte boat ramp, up into trees below butte.
