Abstract:

The North Fork of the Clearwater River and the Lochsa River drainages in northern Idaho were surveyed during the winter of 1989 for evidence of wolverine (Gulo gulo). Three sets of wolverine tracks were located in the North Fork of the Clearwater, and 1 set was located in the Lochsa drainage. Tracks were ranked from possible to highly probable based on their clarity and evidence collected at the site.
