Wildlife Rehabilitation Permit

Hello, Thank you for your question.  The process to become a licensed rehabilitator starts at your local Regional Office.  If you live in the Boise area, please contact the Southwest Regional Office located in Nampa at (208)465-8465 to obtain the necessary application.  The completed application will go back to the Regional Office for review by the Regional Conservation Office, who will then determine the need for another rehabilitator and make the decision to approve or disapprove the application.  If the application is approved, the permit will cost $1.75.
