What was the reason for closing Chesterfield dam road to vehicles. There are now locked gates at both sides of the dam. Farm house on backside road is going to get sick of dust from increased vehicle traffic.

Vehicles parking on the roadway were impeding traffic for the canal employees and others.  To alleviate this issue, we've cooperatively restricted access to discourage anglers from parking on the dam. F08
