Can we purchase a second elk tag before we pick the unit tag. Elk A tag's can start on 8/15/2014, second drawing winners may not be notified?

With the sportsman's package you have an elk receipt. We consider this your first elk tag. You can purchase the discounted nonresident elk tag prior to redeeming your elk receipt.
