Is the lower pack river from the Idaho Club down to the lake accessible for hunting and fishing? Can I use a canoe to fish the Pack River and then into the lake? Are there any EPA restrictions? My general concern is that if I buy a lot in the Idaho Club or surrounding lower pack river area, will my access to recreation activities be restricted. Thanks!
