If I have taken the online bow hunter education class andpassed how do I get the archery permit on my license.

Any vendor can sell you the archery permit.  Be sure to take your bowhunter education card information with you when you go to the vendor.  If you order online, enter your bowhunter education number in the "Archery Education" space in your demographic information.  When that is filled in you can choose the archery permit.
