I have a disability license(ssdi),does that mean I can hunt with a crossbow?

To hunt with a crossbow during an archery-only season you must apply for the permit to do so.  The form is online at https://fishandgame.idaho.gov/public/licenses/disArchery.pdf.  Your doctor has to sign it.
