Can we get two copies of my sons hunting license? One for my house and one for his dads?
Answer:
It is not illegal to possess two copies of your hunting license. However, when a person gets a “duplicate” copy of their hunting license, the duplicate license invalidates the original license.
Idaho Code 36-405(b)3. When a duplicate license has been issued the original license shall become null and void.
