Are felt soles on wader boots prohibited in any Idaho lakes or streams? If not now, will they be in the future? If yes, when?

Answer:
Felt-soled wader boots are legal for use in Idaho waters.  There hasn't been any movement toward banning them so far; I don't know if that will be considered sometime in the future.
