Anglers wanting a report on fishing conditions in the Clearwater or Little Salmon River chinook seasons can check it out on the Fish and Game website under "What's New."
As of May 14, 251 salmon had been caught in the lower portion of the Lower Clearwater River, and 285 in the upper portion and the North Fork of the Clearwater.
