Deer and Elk Tag Limits

General season nonresident deer and elk tags will be limited by location. Hunters will also need to pick a unit prior to purchasing a deer tag. 

Nonresident Fee Increase

Prices increased for nonresident hunting, fishing, and combo licenses, as well as big game tags and related items for all 2020 and 2021 products.

New Licensing System

Idaho Fish and Game has a new licensing system. Update your profiles for an easier check-out process for license, permit, and tag purchases.

Nonresident Sawtooth Zone Tag Sale Date Change

Nonresidents wanting to purchase Sawtooth Zone elk tags need to update their calendars. For the 2021 hunting season, nonresident Sawtooth Zone tags will go on sale December 1, 2020, at 10 a.m. MT.

Nonresident Disabled American Veteran Deer and Elk Tag Limits

There will be a set limit on the number of DAV deer and elk tags for nonresident disabled American veterans.
