About the position

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game is seeking a part time, non-benefited Financial Technician for the Administration Bureau at the headquarters building in Boise.

General Information: 
This position will work 20-35 hours per week Monday- Friday excluding holidays.
Responsibilities: 
• Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the purchasing section of the Administration Bureau
• To analyze, research, forecast and reconcile complex financial documents; ensure compliance with laws, rules, and policies.
Qualifications: 
Minimum:
Good knowledge of financial record keeping.
Experience: Researching and compiling financial information and preparing summaries and reports; using personal computers to enter, retrieve, and edit financial data.
Preferred:
Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Access.
