Includes all parts of the state EXCEPT: all lands and waters within the Fort Hall Indian Reservation, including private in-holdings; and the following counties: Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Caribou, Clark, Fremon, Jefferson, Madison, that portion of Power County east of State Highway 37 and State Highway 39, Teton, and Valley. Area Size: 40,382,625 acres
