Includes all parts of the state EXCEPT: all lands and waters within the Fort Hall Indian Reservation, including private in-holdings; and the following counties: Ada, Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Boise, Butte, Canyon, Caribou, Cassia, Clark, Elmore, Fremont, Gem, Gooding, Jefferson, Jerome, Lincoln, Madison, Minidoka, Owyhee, Payette, that portion of Power County east of State Highway 37 and State Highway 39, Teton, Twin Falls, Valley and Washington.
