DFG Project No. 2017-102

Sealed proposals will be received by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, 600 South Walnut, P.O. Box 25, Boise, Idaho 83707, until 2:00 p.m., MST, on April 27, 2017 for DFG Project No. 2017-102

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

The project consists of the following: Supplying and constructing a 118' wide by 290' long x 18' tall cover structure (with new foundation) over existing hatchery raceways. Concrete repair of existing raceways including pressure washing, crack repair and epoxy paint. The project is located at the IDFG Hagerman Fish Hatchery, 1060 State Fish Hatchery Road near Hagerman, Idaho in Gooding County. A pre-bid tour of the project (highly recommended) will be held on Thursday, April 20th at 10:00 a.m. MST. Contact the Bureau of Engineering, (208) 334-3730 by April 19th to make arrangements to attend this tour.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required.

Documents may be obtained for bidding purposes from the Department of Fish and Game, Bureau of Engineering, 600 South Walnut (P. 0. Box 25), Boise, Idaho, Attn: Zach Kirk, Phone (208) 287-2842. No deposit is required. However, documents shall be returned to the above address.

A valid Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder at the time of the bid opening. Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC work to be accomplished by a Public Works Licensed Contractor. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid.
